What does the Qualify Pathway include?
Qualifi Level 4 Diploma in Aesthetic Procedures for Skin Rejuvenation, ProQual Level 5 Diploma in Aesthetic Practice and ProQual Level 7 Diploma in Aesthetic Practice, with the Qualifi Level 3 Award in Basic Life Support and Management of Anaphylaxis in Clinical Practice included at no additional cost. Each qualification requires successful completion of its own assessments.
How much is the complete pathway?
The complete Qualify Pathway costs £10,000. Contact Eclipse to confirm your programme arrangements before enrolling.
Can I start without a beauty qualification?
Yes, through Eclipse’s Level 4 pathway, which includes the Level 3 Skincare to Support Aesthetic Procedures unit. Diploma applicants must be aged 18 or over and complete an initial assessment. This does not mean direct entry to Level 5 or Level 7 without meeting their requirements.
What do I need for Level 5?
An Ofqual-regulated Level 4 Certificate or Diploma in Aesthetic Practice, or an equivalent qualification, a current qualifying First Aid or Basic Life Support qualification, and age 18 or over. Eclipse reviews your qualifications before enrolment.
Can I enter Level 7 directly?
Level 7 has an entry route through ProQual Level 5 or Level 6, or equivalent, with additional qualification and first-aid requirements set by ProQual, or a separate route for fully qualified registered nurses or doctors. All applicants must be aged 18 or over and undergo initial assessment. Send your qualifications or registration to Eclipse for review of the full requirements.
Are these CPD attendance certificates?
No. The three diplomas and the Qualifi Level 3 BLS award are regulated RQF qualifications. Level 4 and BLS are awarded by Qualifi; Levels 5 and 7 are awarded by ProQual. Certification follows successful achievement of all qualification requirements.
How long does the pathway take?
Level 4 and Level 5 each have a strict maximum completion period of 12 months. Eclipse will confirm your Level 7 schedule and overall progression timetable. A re-enrolment fee may apply after six months of dormancy at Level 4 or Level 5.
How are theory and assessments delivered?
Theory and materials are provided through Google Classroom, alongside independent study, portfolio work and practical assessment. Level 4 includes two dedicated academy assessment days. Work is internally assessed and quality assured by Eclipse and externally quality assured by Qualifi or ProQual, as applicable. Selected Level 4 learners may need to attend an additional external quality assurance day.
Do I need to arrange models?
Ideally, learners provide suitable models for diploma practical assessments. If you have difficulty, contact Eclipse for help where possible. Your assessor will explain the required practical evidence and suitable model arrangements.
Can my existing training count?
Eclipse can review existing qualifications, CPD certificates, experience and evidence. Recognition of Prior Learning may be considered where appropriate. Any reduction in training or fees is considered individually at Eclipse’s discretion and does not remove regulated assessment requirements.
Is Basic Life Support included?
Yes, at no additional cost within Qualify. The Qualifi Level 3 BLS and anaphylaxis award runs from 1pm to 3pm and includes practical CPR, emergency response, choking, anaphylaxis, assessment and certification on successful completion. No previous qualifications are required for BLS.
Is Level 6 compulsory?
No. Level 6 is an optional additional qualification and is not an essential stage of the Qualify Pathway. Ask Eclipse about suitability and fees before adding it to your programme.
How do I apply?
Contact Eclipse with your qualifications, experience and intended starting point. The team will review your eligibility and explain programme, assessment and enrolment arrangements. This page supports enquiries and does not reserve a place or take payment.
